Q: Can I pick up an order? A: Sorry, no pick up is available as items ship from warehouses around the world
Q: Do you ship to a P.O. Box? A: No, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Q: How long will it take to ship my order? A: Your goods will be shipped within three business days or less. Once your order has been shipped we will notify you of the courier and tracking number of your order.
Q: Can I return the products for a refund? A: Yes, products can be returned within seven days of receiving them.
Q: Do you have a showroom? A: Vorshop Wholesale is an online clothing wholesale company with many warehouses located around indonesia which are not open to the public.
Q: I have a complaint with my order, what should I do? A: Please send us a detailed email stating the problem including the product name(s) along with detailed pictures of the product you have received and are unsatisfied with. Please insure you have provided a detailed explanation so we can investigate immediately and efficiently. Once we have detailed pictures and a thorough explanation, we will conduct our investigation and attempt to resolve the issue.
Q: Can I request specific sizes and colors? A: All products have a different amount of colors/sizes/styles which all vary according to the product. We are unable to tailor an order as such, but sizes/colours/styles are all distributed as evenly as possible.
Q: I would like a copy of your catalogue, can one be sent to me? A: No, our online website catalogue is the only catalogue available. Due to the nature of the business, it’s impossible to provide a printed catalogue because products arrive almost daily and are sold sometimes right away.
